Cancellation policy
Arrival and departure usually on Saturdays or Sundays, so that the connections work (in case of "time gaps", also variable + by arrangement). Booking procedure: 1. inquiry over traum-ferienwohnungen.de, 2. all details are clarified fast and individually by email contact, if necessary also by telephone, 3. you receive the lease contract (which is drawn up between landlord + tenant directly) by post, 4. after payment is complete (30 days before beginning of renting) you will receive special travel information, contact data about the house manager etc. by email. You can book laundry packages with the rental agreement: Standard package: €19 per person, sauna package: €20 per person. (details: see rental agreement) Payments and terms: Deposit of 25 % of the rental price: immediately upon booking Payment of the balance of 75 % of the rental price + €300,- deposit (+ possibly laundry service costs): 30 days before the start of the rental period; for short-term booking: rental price + €300, deposit (+ possibly laundry service costs) please transfer immediately in one amount Cancellation/cancellation costs: Withdrawal from the rental agreement must be made in writing - by letter (receipt by 24.00 hours of the relevant day). The following cancellation costs will be charged: for cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price; for cancellations 30 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price.

Prices include operating costs (heating, electricity, water, WIFI etc.). Glowe levies spa tax, which the property manager collects on arrival against the issue of spa card. The spa tax is - depending on season and age - between € 1.50 and € 2,00 per day/per person. High season:Arrival and departure usually on Saturdays / Sundays, so that the connections work out. In the high season the supermarket in Glowe is open from Monday to Sunday.

Of course Schaabe, Cape Arkona, Sassnitz, the Störtebeker Festival, Binz, Lohme etc. are great! But the Bodden side fascinates us more and more. That's why we're giving you the following tips: hike or cycle along the Bodden, e.g. through the nature reserve to the idyllic Spyker Castle (approx. 8 km) and on to Polchow (approx. 5 km), where you can enjoy all kinds of fish in an original atmosphere. Also directly behind the MEERZEIT holiday house you can start the cycle tour to the Breeger harbour: approx. 10 km through the dune forest, most wonderful nature and SILENCE.
Holiday destination
The holiday house MEERZEIT is situated in a quiet holiday home settlement directly by the dune forest, where you can hike and cycle in every season of the year. There is silence and tranquillity here - even in high season. It takes 5 - 10 minutes to walk to the Baltic Sea. You can swim anywhere while wearing a swimming costume; the nudist beach between Juliusruh and Glowe is about 15 minutes by bike. In 10 minutes one is at the beach promenade, from where you can see the lighthouses of Cape Arkonas on the left and on the right, the harbour. Between food stalls and restaurants you can meet relaxed people, for children there are playgrounds ... and ... in the evening there is plenty of romance, "when the red sun sinks into the sea at Glowe". Shopping in the village takes 10 - 15 minutes, to the supermarket 15 minutes by bike, by car 10 minutes. Breakfast rolls are available in 15 minutes.
Getting there
By car you drive (over the Rügendamm or by ferry from Stahlbrode) via Bergen and Sagard to Glowe. Coming from the south, take the main road through Glowe. At the end of the village in the direction of Juliusruh stands the MEERZEIT holiday home in a beautiful setting at the dune forest. Take the train (Ostseeticket) to Sassnitz/Bergen/Sagard or Lietzow, and from there take the bus (line 12 + 13) almost to the front door (stop: Glowe/Strand).

Host informationOur family from Saxony has always raved about the Baltic Sea, which we love in all seasons. Our house should be in Glowe, because the location between Baltic Sea and the bay, fine sandy beach and steep coast, forest and harbour, between hustle and bustle and peace, Cape Arkona and Saßnitz, between the flat peninsula of Wittum and mountainous national park Jasmund inspires us again and again. As they say round here: Äs iss einfach härrlisch in Glowe, gloom Ses nur!

Wir waren mal wieder im Meerzeit in Glowe. Tja, wir können nur immer wieder von der Lage unweit der Ostsee, der Ausstattung, der Sauberkeit und der Freundlichkeit der Vermieter und Hausverwaltung schwärmen. Es war wieder ein erholsamer Urlaub und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100%. Somit bedanken wir uns und freuen uns schon auf einen weiteren Urlaub im "Meerzeit" in Glowe auf der Insel Rügen.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem man alles findet, was man für einen rundum schönen Rügen-Urlaub benötigt. Von dem Ferienhaus kann man den schönen Sandstrand von Glowe bequem fußläufig erreichen und es sind kurze Wege zur Erkundung des landschaftlich wunderbaren Nordens der Insel. Nach schönen Tagesausflügen lädt die Sauna zum Entspannen ein. Wir als Familie können das Ferienhaus für einen Urlaub auf Rügen uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
