The 2 floors are divided as follows. Downstairs is the living room, the dining room, which can also be converted into a bedroom, the kitchen and the guest toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each room and bath rooms has free sea view. The plot is 1200m² in size and has a luxurious outdoor area with a sauna and a 13x5m pool. the various terrace are about 500m² large.

Rincon de la Victoria is a suburb of Málaga and the gateway to the Axarquia, one of the most beautiful regions of Spain. In Rincon there are the only sea cave in Europe. It is also known for the long sandy beaches which merge into the urban beaches of Malaga. The proximity to Malaga you can use the cultural and gourmet offers of the capital of Costa del Sol within 15 minutes.
