Cancellation policy
Conclusion of the accommodation agreement:
If you send us your data by filling out the contact form on the homepage www.westertilli-8.de, provide it over the phone or in writing (email, post, fax), you thereby agree for us to draw up an accommodation agreement. The desired rental period is reserved for the tenant for 5 days.
The accommodation agreement only becomes valid when it is signed by the guest and sent to the landlord in writing. The guest will then receive a booking confirmation. The rental period is then reserved for the tenant.
Terms of payment:
After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 15% of the rental price is due. The remainder can be transferred before your arrival or you can pay by EC card at the agency's office in Pellworm on the day of your arrival.
Services:
After signing the accommodation agreement, the parties undertake to fulfil the following mutual obligations contained in the agreement throughout the entire duration of the agreement:
a) The landlord is obliged to provide accommodation that is in a suitable state to be used and that corresponds to the booking.
b) The guest is obliged to pay the contractually owed fee for the period (duration) of the booking.
c) The guest is not released from paying the contractually owed fee because he is prevented from exercising the right of use to which he is entitled, regardless of the reason.
d) However, if the landlord is responsible for the prevention, the guest will be released from paying the contractually owed fee.
Cancellations:
If you cancel the trip,
from the 80th day before the start of the trip 20%,
from the 35th day before the start of the trip 60%,
from the 14th day before the start of the trip 100%
of the rental costs are retained as organisational fees, as the landlord must assume that it will be extremely difficult to rent the residential unit to someone else. If the property can be rented out to someone else, 15% of the rental costs will be charged as an organisational fee by the landlord.
Trip cancellation during stay: 100% of the rental price.
Travel cancellation insurance
To avoid any inconveniences, we recommend taking out EUROPÄISCHE Reiseversicherung's the Good Trip Protection Package or travel cancellation insurance that also covers replacement journeys. The transfer slip will be sent to you by us (the landlord) along with the booking confirmation.

Other recreational opportunities
A special highlight of any Pellworm holiday are the boat tours run by the Hellmann "brothers" that take you from Hooger Fähre to Hallig Hooge or to the seal banks. Another great highlight are the cutter boats that take you on marine biological tours.
Holiday destination
People come to Pellworm looking for peace and quiet, which you'll find in the landscape, sea, mudflats and greenery.
Pellworm is the greenest North Sea island in two ways.
There is a green dike all the way around the island with thousands of sheep on it since the land is about one metre below sea level. Nature and environmental protection is also actively put into practice.
Getting there
Take the A7 to Heide. Follow the road (B 5) past Husum to Hattstedt. At the Hattstedt exit, turn left towards Wobbenbüll and Nordstrand.
From Nordstrand drive towards the harbour Hafen Strucklahnungshörn.
From there take the car ferry to Pellworm.

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und trotzdem gemütlich.
Bad, Küche, Wohn-Esszimmer, sowie Schlafzimmer sind optimal ausgestattet.
Die Sauberkeit ist wie es sein soll!TOP!!!
Der Garten ist gemütlich und läd mit seinen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Verweilen ein.
Die Umgebung/ Aussicht auf dem Leuchtturm vom Haus aus; ist zentral und trotzdem urig. Alles ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Ein rundum toller Urlaub. Danke dafür!
