Resting in Sint Maartensvlotbrug, close to the Dutch Coast, this is a 2-bedroom farmhouse. The private terrace is perfect to have meals, enjoy cozy barbecues, or drink a glass of local wine. It is ideal for a family or group of 4 persons.

The residence is 2 km from the seabeach and dune region, where you can enjoy a fun-filled day. There are many options for cycling, boating, and walking in the immediate vicinity. At only 0.1 km from the farmhouse, you have the town center with restaurants and cafes to enjoy the evenings. Supermarkets and bike rentals are available at 1 km. Nightlife can be enjoyed at the pubs 10 km away.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes, geräumiges Haus. Vordere Hälfte des alten Bauernhauses. Alles im Erdgeschoss. Liegt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung (auch nachts). In 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer können die Fenster zum Lüften nicht geöffnet werden. Die Schlafzimmer liegen alle zur Straßenseite. Der Innenraum ist schön und komfortabel, aber ihm wurde wenig technische Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Die Hälfte der Wasserhähne funktionieren falsch herum (heiß-kalt), WLAN funktioniert nur in einem Teil des Hauses. Kaum Steckdosen in den Schlafzimmern, Duschabfluss stinkt, schlechte Beleuchtung in den Schlafzimmern. Der Heizungsthermostat hängt im Hauswirtschaftsraum neben dem Heizkessel, sodass die Heizung schwer zu regulieren ist. Die Gasheizung im Wohnzimmer funktioniert gut, aber die in der Küche fällt ständig aus. Funkengezündeter Gasherd ist kaputt, also Streichhölzer mitnehmen, der Ofen funktioniert sehr kompliziert und es gibt keine Bedienungsanleitung.
