Very centrally located vacation rental in Berlin-Mitte for up to 7 people, directly of the street 'Friedrichstraße'. This holiday apartment is a large 2 bedroom apartment (107m²) next to all the governmental institutions and museums. All major sights like the Brandburg Gate, Reichstag, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz or Gendarmenmarkt are within walking distance. Nonetheless the flat is calm facing a green interior courtyard. The vacation rental is furnished in a modern and tasteful way and consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 dobule bed each and a single bed, a large living room with double sofa bed and cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC, shower, bathtub and washing machine, as well as a balcony. Bedlinen and towels are included. The public transport access is excellent - one of the main metro and train station 'Friedrichstraße' is very close.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Lage!

Wir (4 Erwachsene) hatten die Ferienwohnung von 10.-13.08. gemietet. Zur Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir total nett empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Die sehr gepflegte und saubere Wohnung hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Dusche, einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile und einen Balkon. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - es gibt sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Die Lage der Wohnung ist idealer Ausgangspunkt um Berlin zu erkunden. Man braucht 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Friedrichstraße und von dort erreicht man quasi alles. In 15 Minuten ist man zum Brandenburger Tor gelaufen.
Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und werden sie sicher im Hinterkopf behalten, wenn wir mal wieder unseren Urlaub in Berlin verbringen werden!

Unser Aufenthalt war dank Herrn Finkes Fewo sehr angenehm und entspannt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, ideale Lage ( 24h Supermarkt, Bahnhof Friedrichstr, Restaurants gleich um die Ecke), trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen). Die "Hausfrau" Tanja Sahin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir buchen gerne wieder!!

Die Lage ist toll, alles gut zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig. Es ist viel Platz in der Wohnung, groß genug für 8 Personen. Wobei ein Bett, nur ein kleines Klappsofa ist, auf dem nur ein Kind schlafen kann oder ein Sofa in Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die fehlende Pfanne war super schnell da. Nur der Backofen hätte mal eine gründliche Reinigung nötig.
