Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
Please inform us in time if you are unable to start your holiday. We ask for your understanding that we will charge the deposit as a cancellation fee for cancellations.
If the booked holiday apartment is not taken up for the agreed period without a cancellation having been made, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.

Holiday destination
Nestled in a pristine and traditional mountain village (1,398 meters above sea level), surrounded by majestic mountain ranges like the Puez Group, the Geisler, and the Peitlerkofel. The centuries-old settlement style: the hamlets (Viles); the open-air museum Mühlental with many still functioning mills and a water-powered rope drive system.
Campill is classified as a mountaineer's village.
The Ursus Ladinicus Museum was opened in July 2011 and is dedicated to the prehistoric cave bear of the Dolomites.
Getting there
Once over the Brenner Pass, continue for another 30 km until the Brixen Nord motorway exit. Then head towards Bruneck for 27 km until you reach St. Lorenzen, then turn right towards Alta Badia. Just before km 15, turn right towards St. Martin in Thurn. Drive through St. Martin, then turn left towards Campill. Another 5 km and you will be in Campill.
Once in Campill, continue on the left above the church for 1 km, then turn right and you have arrived.

Wir (2 Personen mit Hund) hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Familie Clara.
Es ist eine gut ausgestattete, sehr neue Ferienwohnung, die zwar nicht allzu groß ist, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreicht.
Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat ein sehr schönes kleines Badezimmer. Man hat sogar ein eigenes Stück Terrasse, dort bei gutem Wetter gemütlich frühstücken.
Wir haben auch frische Butter und Milch vom Hof bekommen, das war beides großartig!
Von der Wohnung aus kann man zu vielen Wanderungen aufbrechen, oder aber z.B. zum Pragser Wildsee (wunderschön) oder nach Brixen fahren.
Ein rundum schöner Urlaub, ganz lieben Dank an Familie Clara!

Sehr schöne neue, modern eingerichtete FeWo mit Terrasse und morgen- und abendlichem Läuten der Kuhglocken und tollem Blick auf die Berge. Sehr entschleunigend ;-) ! Florian und Familie sind tolle Gastgeber, wenn ihr wollt "unsichtbar"! Lungiarü ist ein Ortsteil von St. Martin in Thurn und liegt sehr ruhig 5 km oberhalb, abseits der Touristenströme. Online-check in problemlos, Preis-Leistung super! Gut sortierter kleiner Supermarkt im Ort 800m. Auto empfehlenswert! Toller Ausgangspunkt zu den Highlights Südtirols und der Dolomiten! Sehr empfehlenswert!
