To avoid complications during the booking process and to ensure that your next holiday at our house gets off to the best possible start, please take the time to read our General Terms and Conditions.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Unforeseen circumstances may occur before or during your stay, requiring a cancellation or early departure. If your plans have changed please let us know as soon as possible. To avoid financial losses in such an event, we recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Under EU regulations, a guest is liable if he/she does not or only partly occupies the booked apartment or room (this include cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures). The guest is legally required to pay the cost of the agreed performance regardless of the reason for prevention. This is not a claim for damages, but a claim for performance. The place of jurisdiction is Chemnitz (Germany).
However we guarantee that cancellation will be possible under the following conditions:
Cancellations have to be made in writing and are subject to German law. If a reservation is cancelled, cancellation costs are owed. The cancellation costs are:
• Up to 120 days before the arrival: 20 % of the total booking amount
• Up to 90 days before the arrival: 40 % of the total booking amount
• Up to 60 days before the arrival: 60 % of the total booking amount
• Up to 30 days before the arrival: 80 % of the total booking amount
• Less than 30 days before the arrival: 90 % of the total booking amount
• No-show or early departure: 100 % of the total booking amount
The cancellation costs must be paid into the account specified on the cancellation confirmation within five days following the receipt of the cancellation confirmation.

Other recreational opportunities
The most popular seaside resorts are the Schaabe beaches between Altenkirchen and Juliusruh including Drewoldke, Glowe and Breege. The latter are accessible via an historic narrow gauge railway employing steam locomotives, called the Rügensche Bäderbahn. Tourist destinations, other than seaside resorts, include Cape Arkona, the wood-covered Stubbenkammer hills on Jasmund with interesting chalk cliff formations, the wood-covered Granitz hills with their Jagdschloß or hunting lodge, Ralswiek and Gingst. On the peninsula of Jasmund is the Jasmund National Park, which consists of the beech forest of Stubnitz, including the famous chalk cliffs of Rügen. On the Königsstuhl itself is the Königsstuhl National Park Centre, which has a multivision cinema and audio-guide exhibitions with information about the national park in several languages.
Holiday destination
As state-certified health resort the fishing village Glowe offers many a possibility for an active and relaxing holiday. Glowe lies about 18 kilometres north of Bergen auf Rügen and is located at the western end of the boundary between the Jasmund peninsula and the narrow land bridge of Schaabe between the Baltic Sea (the bay of Tromper Wiek) and the lagoon of Großer Jasmunder Bodden.

Wir haben dieses Jahr Weihnachten genossen : Insbesondere die Ruhe der Insel. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sogar die Weihnachtsgans wie zu Hause gegönnt haben. Vielen Dank für das schöne Haus. Wir hatten wunderbare Feiertage.
