Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen (gute Betten, gute Duschen etc.). Leider ist dieses Haus SUPER laut, durch das Holzgitter hört man jeden Schritt aus der oberen Unterkunft (die zur Wochenmitte auch gleichzeitig vermietet wurde). Tatsächlich sollte dieses Haus nicht an verschiedene Reisegruppen vermietet werden. Wenn das Haus komplett von einer großen Gruppe gemietet wird, ist das in Ordnung; die Leute kennen sich. Dies war in diesem Fall nicht der Fall und obwohl wir den Eindruck hatten, dass wir oben „ruhige“ Nachbarn hatten, konnte man alles hören. Sehr schöne Umgebung, wir haben mehr von dem Haus erwartet. Es stellte sich heraus, dass auch die Etage über uns vermietet war, was viel Lärm verursachte (und der Garten musste mitbenutzt werden). Nach Angaben des Eigentümers lag dies an Belvilla, da beide Häuser normalerweise nicht gleichzeitig vermietet werden. Glücklicherweise erlaubte uns der freundliche Besitzer, in den Keller zu ziehen, wodurch der Lärm deutlich geringer war.
