This holiday home is ideal for several families or groups of friends. It is blessed with a wonderful location in the Ardennes, so hiking, cycling and nature lovers usually have a particularly good time here.

The house is in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, so you can start your days with a healthy morning walk through nature. Take a cycling or hiking tour of the region and in the evening visit one of the nearby restaurants (1.5 km).

The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave offers the chef at heart the opportunity to show off his/her cooking skills. Relax with a good book in the garden and end the day with a cup of tea on the charming terrace. Wi-Fi is available in the holiday home.

Seit 2008 fahren wir jedes Jahr in einer größeren Gruppe für ca. 4 Tage in eine angemietete Ferienwohnung/Villa.
Im Rahmen eines Kostenleistungsvergleichs schneidet diese Unterkunft mit Abstand am schlechtesten ab.
Kritikpunkte:
• Heruntergekommenes und veraltetes Objekt mit beachtlichen Instandhaltungsstau.
• Die Ausstattung der Schlafräumlichkeiten ist katastrophal. Defekte Schränke, Möblierung ramponiert, Matratzen durchgelegen und unhygienisch (große Urinflecken vorhanden). Immerhin ist warmes Wasser vorhanden.
• Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, allerdings befindet sich auf allen Küchenmöblierungen eine fettige Schicht. Backofen wird nicht richtig heiß, Spülmaschine wäscht mehr recht als schlecht, keine ausreichende Gläser für 14 Personen vorhanden.
• Gartenbereich ist ungepflegt und die beiden Boulebahnen sind verrottet bzw. nicht bespielbar.
• Sauna wird nicht richtig heiß und keine Duschmöglichkeit im Wellnessbereich/Schwimmbad ( Fehlkonstruktion)
• Nebenkosten für das Objekt wird zwar im Angebot transparent aufgelistet, allerdings waren die Kosten für das Öl für die Beheizung des Pools für 4 Tage (keine Benutzung) mit über 300€ nicht vorhersehbar. Für 4 Tage sind knapp 600€ Nebenkosten angefallen.
Pluspunkte:
• Großer extra Kühlschrank für Getränkeflaschen.
• Ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Türe des Objekts.
• Indoorsportbereich wie Tischtennisplatte, Dartautomat und Airhockey sind vorhanden und gut.
