Als 6 Köpfige Motorrad Gruppe das zweite Mal dort gewesen. Für uns das perfekte Domizil um eine unbeschwerte und lustige Woche zu verbringen. Reichliches Platzangebot drinnen wie draußen. Von der An, bis zur Abreise ist alles sehr unkompliziert abgewickelt worden. Hervorheben möchte ich hier die gute Seele des Hauses die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

Es gibt eine große Küche mit vielen Küchenutensilien, einem großen Backofen, einem schönen Backblech und zwei Geschirrspülern. Draußen gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Schaukel und Spielhaus, drinnen gibt es eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Tischfußballtisch (mit Schlägern und Bällen) und es gibt Spiele und Bücher (deutsch und niederländisch). Selbst wenn es regnet, gibt es trotz fehlendem WLAN viel zu unternehmen. Es gibt eine gemütliche Feuerstelle, wo Sie mit selbst gesammeltem Holz aus dem Wald ein Feuer machen können.
Das Haus liegt auf der Spitze eines Hügels und trägt den Namen „Schöne Aussicht“, aber vom Haus aus hat man hauptsächlich einen Blick auf Bäume. In einer klaren Nacht kann man unglaublich viele Sterne sehen. Es ist schön, im Wald spazieren zu gehen.
Es gibt drei Kinderbetten, einen Hochstuhl und eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt keine Wäscheleine oder Wäscheklammern.
In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es nicht viel zu unternehmen, aber die Strecke nach Koblenz entlang des Rheins (ca. 45 Autominuten) ist wunderschön. Wir (zwei Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 2 bis 13 Jahren) haben dort das Armeemuseum besucht und sind an einem anderen Tag mit der Seilbahn zur Festung Ehrenbreitstein gefahren, beides sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Sommerrhodelbahn bei der Loreley ist einen Besuch wert.
