Das Ferienhaus hat viele positive, aber auch viele negative Aspekte. Eine kleine Auswahl an Vorteilen sind die wunderschöne Lage auf dem Berg, die enorme Anzahl an Zimmern und Einrichtungen wie Badezimmern und Toiletten sowie der niedrige Preis. Negativ ist die fehlende Privatsphäre, da sich auf dem Grundstück recht viele Leute aufhalten, die beispielsweise die angrenzende MTB-Strecke instand halten oder andere Arbeiten auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück des Eigentümers erledigen. Der schlechte Zustand des Hauses, viel Schimmel und Löcher in der Wand, die schmutzige Sauna, das Fehlen eines Projektors usw.
Was sehr negativ ist, ist, dass Belvilla die Reservierung nicht korrekt an den Eigentümer weitergegeben hat. Dank meines Anrufs erfuhren sie 4 Stunden vor der Ankunft, dass wir an diesem Tag mit einer Gruppe von 13 Personen anreisen würden. Zumindest das ist das, was ich darüber denke, der Besitzer hat es verstanden. Diese Person wohnt (vorübergehend?) neben dem Ferienhaus und spricht Niederländisch. Mein Kompliment an diesen Mann, er hat gut mit uns gesprochen und wir hatten keinerlei Unannehmlichkeiten durch ihn.

Wie gesagt, wenn Sie mit einer großen Gruppe und einem begrenzten Budget Urlaub machen möchten, ist dies eine gute Option, aber erwarten Sie kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wenn Sie Angst vor einer Kontamination haben, suchen Sie weiter. Dann ist dieses Haus nichts für Sie.

Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben ein ganz anderes Haus vorgefunden, als in den vorausgegangenen Bewertungen zu lesen ist.

Pro:
+ Die Lage oben auf dem Berg ist super

Contra:
- Mäuse im Haus. Die aufgestellten Fallen waren täglich gefüllt, sogar tagsüber sind die Mäuse in die Fallen gegangen. Zwar wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass man die Türen in der Dämmerung geschlossen halten soll, weil in das Haus aufgrund seiner Lage Tiere hereinkommen können. Die Mäuse fanden allerdings andere Wege in das Haus zu kommen, da waren wir machtlos. Unter der Tür neben der Küche ist so viel Platz, da müssen sich die Mäuse nicht mal anstrengen um reinzukommen.

- Schimmelartiger Geruch in den Schlafräumen im Erdgeschoß und in den Bädern im Erdgeschoß. Das Lüften ist durch die verwinkelte Bauweise auch nur schwer möglich.

- keine Rauchmelder vorhanden

- Die Flecken auf den Matratzen sehen wirklich ekelhaft aus. Da die Betten schon bezogen waren hat man es glücklicherweise nicht direkt gesehen.

- Die Beamerleinwand von den Fotos existiert nicht mehr. Im Kaminzimmer sind auch deutlich weniger Sofas, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Sofas, die da sind sind teilweise defekt. Die Hochbetten im vermeintlichen 6er Zimmer stehen dort auch nicht mehr. Die Fotos in der Anzeige sollten an die Realität angepasst werden.

Wir haben nach der ersten Nacht lange überlegt abzureisen, uns wurde auch eine Kostenrückerstattung bei Abreise angeboten. Da dies aber ein lang geplanter Großfamilienurlaub war, fanden wir so schnell keinen Ersatz und sind geblieben.

Der Turm ist von dieser Kritik ausgenommen. Die Tür des Turmes ist zwar auch nicht dicht (Thema Mäuse), aber im Turm war alles, wie erwartet. Hier fehlte lediglich der Fernseher von den Bildern. Der Turm hat aber keine direkte Verbindung zu dem anderen Haus. Man muss ca. 40m über den Hof laufen. Das haben wir aus der Hausbeschreibung nicht erkennen können. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man Kinder dort schlafen lassen möchte.
