Ankunft, Schlüssel abgeholt und wir bekamen 4 Schlüssel. Das entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen, also haben wir nicht weiter nachgefragt. Als wir das Haus betraten, befand sich der Schlüssel zur Wohnung im Erdgeschoss nicht unter den 4 Schlüsseln, sodass wir die Wohnungen im 1. und 2. Stock nutzten.
Noch am selben Abend erhielt ich eine E-Mail, dass sie mich telefonisch nicht erreichen konnten. Sie hatten nun herausgefunden, dass auch der 5. Schlüssel hätte abgegeben werden müssen, da wir das gesamte Haus gemietet hatten. Anstatt es zu liefern (es war ihre Schuld), durften wir etwa 45 km fahren, um es zu bekommen. Ich antwortete höflich, dass wir nicht zur Abholung kommen würden, mit der Bitte, die unnötigen Reinigungskosten, 1/5 des Gesamtbetrags, zusammen mit der Kaution zu überweisen.
