This is a beautiful 3-bedroom cottage in Villanueva de la Concepción. It offers a splendid view of the surrounding valleys and Costa del Sol. It is ideal for a family or group of friends.

Villanueva de la Concepción and La Joya are 5 km away and you'll find supermarkets 1 km from here and restaurants 5 km away. The village lies at the foot of Sierra del Torcal natural park. You can take trips to the three royal cities of Andalusia or visit Malaga and its beaches 50 km away. In the immediate vicinity, you can go horseriding 6 km away and take long walks in the hills.

The home has a private swimming pool for you to take a refreshing dip. There is a vegetable garden which was used for farming. Im Sommer 2018 besuchten wir auch Casa la Monja in Villanueva de la Concepción. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir 4 Jahre später noch einmal gebucht haben, was wir selten oder nie im selben Haus machen. Wieder einmal hat der Aufenthalt unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt.
Für uns ist dies ein optimales Urlaubserlebnis wegen des schönen Gartens mit dem großen Swimmingpool, dem makellosen Haus mit Terrasse, von der aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge in der Ferne hat und nicht zu vergessen die Ziegenherden, die zweimal ihre Glocken läuten am Tag werden die Hirten am Haus vorbeigeführt. Hier sind Sie ganz auf sich allein gestellt, mit viel Privatsphäre, mitten in der Natur. El Torcal erstreckt sich hinter dem Haus. Sie hören und sehen viele verschiedene Vögel um Sie herum und Geier und Habichtsadler fliegen durch die Luft. Wir hatten ein Fernglas dabei und nutzten es häufig, um die Vögel zu beobachten. Wir waren Ende Mai/Anfang Juni dort und es ist bunt mit Mohn, Ginster, dem reifenden Getreide und vielen anderen Blumen, romantisch. Der Garten rund um das Haus ist voller Obstbäume, großer Rosenbüsche und weichem Gras rund um den Swimmingpool, wo Sie sich hinlegen können. Sie hören auch die Glocken der Ziegen vom (einzigen) Bauernhof in der Nähe. Es ist durch Bäume und Sträucher nicht sichtbar und wird von einem Graben durchzogen. Nachmittags liefen mehrere Ziegenherden mit ihrem Hirten vorbei und abends wieder zurück, herrlich zu erleben. Der Käse dieser Ziegen ist köstlich und kann im Supermarkt in La Higuera gekauft werden.
