Wir haben 2 Kinder unter 2 Jahren, es wurde gesagt, dass es ein Babybett, eine Babybox und einen Hochstuhl geben würde, aber nichts bewahrheitete sich. Als wir ankamen, kontaktierten wir den uns verwiesenen Ansprechpartner, der jedoch nicht einmal erschien, sodass wir alles selbst erledigen mussten; Wir mussten das Haus, das in einem Ferienpark lag, selbst suchen und auch die Schlüssel finden.
