Located in Saint-Maurice-sur-Aveyron, this amazing holiday home is perfect for a weekend getaway. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It has a fenced terrace and barbecue for you to sit back and relax after a long day.

Schönes Haus mit viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Alles was Sie brauchen ist da. Das Haus ist sauber und verfügt über einen großen Garten. Schön ist auch der nahe gelegene Angelsee (ca. 800 Meter), wo es viele Fische gibt und man auch schwimmen kann. Auch Spaziergänge sind in der Umgebung möglich. Es gibt auch viele schöne Ausflüge zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Briare mit seiner Kanalbrücke und der Templerkapelle in Chambeugle. Auch ein Tag in Orleans ist machbar.

Der Empfang war sehr gut: Der freundliche Besitzer begrüßte uns und erklärte uns ein paar Dinge. Die Betten waren gemacht und Handtücher habe ich schnell per WhatsApp angefordert.
Das WLAN war leider ziemlich schwach: Vielleicht konnte eine Person gleichzeitig das Internet nutzen, aber eigentlich nutzten wir alle vier das Internet über 4G von unserem Telefon aus. Schade, dass das WLAN in Ferienhäusern immer noch oft so schlecht ist!

Das Haus war in Ordnung: etwas alt und altmodisch, aber alles hat gut funktioniert und es war sauber. Wohnzimmer war sehr dunkel. Zum Glück saßen wir die meiste Zeit draußen.
Abgesehen davon, dass das Haus sehr schön war und wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub hatten, noch ein paar Tipps für den Eigentümer und Thema:

1. Die Beschreibung ist falsch. Es gibt keine Spielgeräte und kein Trampolin.
2. Es gibt kein Bidet. Beschreibung muss geändert werden.
3. Im Haus fehlte eine Teekanne und im Badezimmer fehlten Haken zum Aufhängen Ihres Handtuchs. Fliegengitter für alle Fenster wären auch ein Geschenk des Himmels gegen die Wespen.
Das sind alles nur kleine Pünktchen, aber es macht den Aufenthalt viel angenehmer!
4. Das Senseo-Gerät war kaputt.
5. Kissen für die Gartenmöbel im Garten Der Tisch war bequemer.

Ich würde Hausbesitzern raten, in relativ preiswerte Ausstattungen wie eine Teekanne, ausreichend Kleiderhaken, andere Küchenutensilien und Kissen sowie in WLAN zu investieren. So können Sie auch einen höheren Preis für Ihr Haus verlangen.

Fakt ist, dass der Badesee in Ordnung war: Wir und unser Hund haben ihn genossen. Toll war auch die große Liegewiese mit Schatten und Liegen.
