Description

This spacious holiday home is called the mill of Schwingmuhle and is located in the woods of "Pays de Bitche", nearby the village of Hanviller. Pays de Bitche is situated in the heart of the Nature Park of the northern Vosges, on the border with Lorraine, the Elzas and Germany. The woody environment is ideal for outings on foot, horseback or with your mountain bike. This spacious gîte enjoys a calm location and is semi-detached to the owners' home. The living room has a fire place for which wood is provided free of charge. On the mezzanine, a sitting corner has been installed where you can read or watch tv in peace and quiet. A terrace of 25 m2 with wooden garden furniture is at your disposal. Here you can enjoy long summer nights sipping on a glass of Moselle wine. The garden is well-shaded and there is a swing for the children.

Der Aufenthalt bei der Familie Colling war ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden herzlich mit einer Flasche Wein für uns und hausgemachtem Apfelsaft für die Kinder begrüßt. Das Haus war mit einer mehr als kompletten Einrichtung ausgestattet. Gartenstuhlkissen, sehr komplette Küchenausstattung, komplett mit Gewürzen, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs sowie Reinigungsmitteln und -zubehör. Die Tischtennisplatte mit viel Zubehör erfreute sich bei unseren Teenagern großer Beliebtheit und der 9-Jährige fand mit Schaukel und Trampolin jede Menge Abwechslung. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich.
Sie müssen nicht zum Touristenzentrum gehen, es gibt dort Broschüren und Broschüren über die Gegend. Wir waren zu einer Zeit mit hohen Temperaturen dort, aber das Ferienhaus war wunderbar kühl. Obwohl der La Horne vorbeifloss, hatten wir kaum bis gar keine Probleme mit Mücken.
