Beautiful, modern, luxuriously furnished villa, fully equipped, on the outskirts of the village of Loutra. Spacious 100 m2 and on 500 m2 of private land. The garden tastefully decorated, several terraces and lockable veranda adjacent to the living room. Also a roof terrace that gives a good overview of the area, green valley with olive trees and sea, and even the Psiloritis, 2500 m highest mountain Crete. 4 km away sandy beach of more than 12 km long, with various seaside resorts and all the fun and bustle The lively town of Rethymnon 10 km away.
