Gerne würde ich das Haus an der wunderbaren Lage wieder buchen!
Leider waren die ersten 3 Tage mit viel Ärger verbunden.
Das Haus war schmutzig, schmuddelig und viele Dinge waren defekt und kaputt. Liste bei der Verwalterin und dem Besitzer.
Die Verwalterin hat in Absprache mit dem Besitzer eine neue Putzequipe beordert, die nochmals, na ja der Nähe nach, geputzt haben.
Der Preis war sehr hoch und deshalb stimmte das Verhältnis nicht.
Der Besitzer war erschreckt über den Zustand und erstaunt wegen dem Preis, den Belvilla verlangt.
Er war konstruktiv um Lösungen zu suchen.
Ich bitte sie da auch ihren Anteil beizutragen.
