    The river Elbe cyling track is very popular and Tangermünde is on of it´s most atractive stopovers. A canoe-trip on the big river Elbe is an unforgetable experience.
    Holiday destination
    Restaurants and bars, even a little brewhouse are all in walking distance. There is a bakery and other shops very close. The City Museum you will find right at the market sqare.
    Getting there
    It´s 200 km from Hannover or Hamburg and only 120 km from Berlin to Tangermünde. The little old town is very close to Stendal. You can reach Tangermünde by train via Stendal, on bicycle traveling on the Elbe cycling track, by boat traveling on the river Elbe or by car via Magdeburg, Wolfsburg or Rathenow. Tangermünde is a stopover on the St. James Way from Brandenburg to Saxony Anhalt.

    Wunderschönes, altes, liebevoll und aufwendig restauriertes Fachwerkhäuschen. Wir waren überrascht wie behaglich und geschmackvoll alles eingerichtet ist. Vielen Dank an Herrn Hoppe und Herrn Deroni für das schöne Wochenende. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist perfekt und großzügig ausgestattet,. Selbst kleine Details, wie Toilettenpapier, Handseife, in der Küche Gewürze, Müllbeutel, Spülmittel etc. Dinge, die man nicht unbedingt im Gepäck hat, waren vorhanden. Für Anfragen war Herr Hoppe stets für uns erreichbar. Es war ein schönes Erlebnis für uns, ein Wochenende in einem Fachwerkhäuschen zu verbringen. Auch Tangermünde selbst ist eine Reise wert. Schönes, altes Städchen mit netten Menschen und alle sehr entspannt. Klare Weiterempfehlung !

    Das Haus ist wunderbar. Alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt brauchen könnte - von schönem Geschirr bis zu Büchern und Informationsmaterial über Tangermünde und die Altmark - ist vorhanden. Herrlich ruhig gelegen, es gibt sogar eine Stelle mit Sonnenaufgangsblick über die Elbe :-) Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
