Our holiday cabins are 76,44 m² in size, made of wood and furnished in beautiful country style. The cabins are non-smoking cabins. They have 2 double bedrooms (beds can be seperated), one large comfortable living room with sofa bed and large dining table, one bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet, one storage room and a large veranda.
The kitchen is fully equiped, in the living room is a large (50") Flatscreen and a in-room-safe. Free WIFI.
Bed linen, Hand towels, Dishtowels, Toilet paper and tabs for the dishwasher are basic eqipment.
The veranda is lockable, in the storage room is a ski-boot dryer.
Private parking for two cars per cabin.
We have a private childrens playground with soccer-field and and fenced-off areas for dogs with a agility course. We rent bicycles in summer and ski-equipment in winter. The free ski-bus to Saalbach-Hinterglemm starts directly at the holiday Village. We offer service for bread and pastry. Also we have a shop for you daily needs. Dogs are welcome!

Holiday Village Oberreit is located directly on the outskirts of Zell am See. We are surrounded by the ski-areas Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn as well as Zell am See-Kaprun (Glacier Kitzsteinhirn). The free skibus to Saalbach leaves from just outside the holiday village. By car, the Areitbahn in Zell am See and the Saalbacher Schönleiten lift stations are no more than a ten-minute drive away. Our cross-country skiers can enjoy a good number of well-prepared cross-country trails in the area. An unforgettable experiance is a toboggan ride.
In the immediatly vicinity there are wonderful hiking lanes and bike routes. The Lake Zeller See (sport activities) is only a ten minute walk away from our village.
A10 motorway: exit at Bischofshofen (Exit 47), follow the Bundesstraße B311 to Zell am See. Take the tunnel towards Saalfelden, exit at the crossroad Unterreit and cross the main road over the bridge. Follow the road as far as the roundabout traffic - the reception is on the left.
From Salzburg via Bad Reichenhall (B21) follow the Bundesstraße B178 to the roundabout at Lofer, then follow the Bundesstrasse B311 towards Zell am See, turn right at the crossroad Unterreit and follow the street as far as the next roundabout, the reception is on the left.
From Munich via A8, A93 to Kufstein, B172 to Kössen, B178 to Lofer, follow the Bundesstrasse B311 towards Zell am See, turn right at the crossroad Unterreit and follow the road as far as the next roundabout. The reception is on the left.

• up to 30 days before arrival cancellation is for free.
• up to 21 days before arrival we have to charge 30% oft he full amount
• up to 14 days before arrival we have to charge 40% of the full amount
• for later cancellations or not arrivals we have to charge the full amount
We recommend a travel insurance!
If you have the booking confirmation from us please pay up to 30 days before arrival a deposit from 30% of the full amount on the following bank account. Otherwise we can`t guarantee your Chalet.
