Cancellation policy
After a mandatory booking there will be a fee of the partial payment starting with the date of bookkeeping entry when cancelled.
There is the following further scale:
· If you cancel the contract 120 to 92 days before the arrival, we will charge you 50% of the rental price or minimal the deposit of 600 €
. 91 to 41 days before the arrival, we will charge you 60%
· less than 41 days before the arrival, we will charge you 100%

Holiday destination
The sea and a small beach (pebble) is directly in front of the house. The bay Anatoli with sandy beach where the house lies, is about 4 kilometers away from the bay Preveli.
A mini market and taverna can be reached after a 2 kilometers drive in Ammoudi (gravel road). A few more tavernas are on the other beaches near the house (2-6 km).
More shopping possibilities are in Spili which is about 20 kilometers away and in Plakias (bank, supermarket, bakery, butcher..).
Getting there
By plane or ferry to Heraklion or alternatively Chania-Souda and then with the rental car further, organized by us if you like.

Zum dritten Mal waren wir in diesem Haus und zum dritten Mal waren wir überwältigt.
Es ist einfach so wunderschön gelegen. Man wird toll in Empfang genommen und umsorgt.
Die Straßen sind deutlich besser geworden und auch im Haus gab es kleinere Updates.
Auch wenn das Wetter wechselhaft war, sind wir gut erholt.

Für unsere 5-köpfige Familie war der Urlaub in der Villa Faye genau das richtige in dieser Corona-Zeit. Die Villas sind einerseits abgelegen (Mietauto ist dringend erforderlich), weit ab von hektischen Zentren und doch direkt am Strand. Viele weitere Strände (mit recht wenigen Besuchern) im Süden der Insel sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist perfekt, super Blick auf das Meer, super Garten mit Pool, 5 min. zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut, alles ist top gepflegt. Sehr gastfreundliche Menschen wo man auch hinkommt. Vielen Dank an die Familie Kirmaier für die guten Ratschläge was das Mietauto und generell den Aufenthalt in Kreta betrifft. Dieser Urlaub war wirklich entspannend und erholsam.
