Cancellation policy
Here are the cancellation policies regarding holidays here at Pineta:
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the stay is required as a final confirmation, which must be paid within 7 days from the date of booking.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, wire transfer, or by credit card, on which a withdrawal will be made to guarantee your reservation. For bookings close to arrival (less than 7 nights), the deposit is required by credit card.
In the event of cancellation, the following penalties will be charged: within 30 days from the date of arrival, no cost; 29-8 days before, 50% of the deposit; up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. In the case of no-show, you will be required to pay for the entire stay.

Known for its apple trees, Nonstal is the perfect location for nature and hiking enthusiasts.
Nearby, there are numerous hiking opportunities: the San Romedio sanctuary, Lake Tovel, the Brenta Dolomites, and the Maddalene mountains.
But there's more than just trekking. Thanks to its unique topography, Nonstal is rich in canyons.
For example, the Novella and Rio Sass Canyons are just a few kilometers away from us.
And for the more adventurous, don't miss the chance to go rafting on the Noce River, located in the Sun Valley (about 30 minutes away by car).
Getting there
Via the A22 Modena - Brenner motorway:
Take the "Trento Nord" exit (35 km). Follow the signs to the Non Valley (Val di Non) along state road 43 until Dermulo, then turn right towards the Mendola Pass (Passo Mendola), after 300 m turn right to Coredo. In Coredo, turn left at the fountain, towards Tavon.
Bologna - Brenner railway line. Change in Trento and take the Trento-Malè electric train to Dermulo (about 1 hour); from Dermulo station, a free shuttle service to the resort is available upon request.
