Unwind in tranquility at countryside villa in Óbidos, which can accommodate 8 guests. With 4 bedrooms, this holiday villa is ideal for a small group and families. There is also a private swimming pool with sun loungers.



The charming village of Casais da Santa Helena (1 km) is nearby. You can even visit the medieval town of Òbidos (15 km) and from where the beach is another 5 km away. Near the famous Peniche (32 km) the annual surfing competitions are held, a real spectacle! It is a lovely town to visit as well with its beautiful fortress and several restaurants.



This holiday villa has a private garden decked with garden furniture. You can enjoy panoramic views of the vineyards in the area from the balcony and the large sun terrace also. The well-equipped kitchen allows the guests to prepare delicious meals while the living room keeps the house cozy with its fireplace. The young stayers can get a children's bed and a high chair too.

Mooi schoon groot huis op een rustige plek met prachtig uitzicht. Maar een paar dingen moeten wel echt opgelost worden: onbetrouwbaar warm water; een ernstig krakend bed op de begane grond; olie lucht in de kelder en een zwembad waarvan het waterpeil snel zakt: tijd voor een upgrade/groot onderhoud.

Tolle Ankunft! Habe vorab eine ausführliche Beschreibung per E-Mail erhalten (in 3 Sprachen). Den Schlüssel können Sie in einem Schlüsselkasten direkt am Haus abholen. Sie erhalten den Code per E-Mail.
Bitte geben Sie die Adresse zu Hause anhand der Koordinaten ein, da unsere relativ neue Navigation die Straße nicht erkannt hat.
Es ist ein geräumiges Haus, komplett ausgestattet und mit einem wunderbar großen und flachen Garten und einem schönen Swimmingpool. Den Grill im Landhaus voll ausgenutzt.
Die Gegend ist abgelegen, man braucht einen Mietwagen, um irgendwohin zu gelangen. Aber wunderbar kostenlos, ohne Sorgen oder Ärger.
Der Besitzer gab Tipps zurück:
- Installieren Sie zumindest auf der obersten Terrasse Treppenschutzgitter, damit unser eineinhalbjähriger Sohn die Terrasse sicher betreten kann.
- Das große Bett im ersten Stock knarrt so sehr, dass ein Paar darin nicht schlafen kann. Mit jeder Drehung werden Sie aus dem Schlaf geweckt. Unser 6-jähriger Sohn hat dort gut geschlafen.
Ansonsten super!
Auch eine schöne Idee der Eigentümer: Hinterlassen Sie etwas für die nächsten Bewohner. Dies war auch bei uns bei der Ankunft der Fall (denken Sie an eine Packung Makkaroni, Spülmaschinentabs, Softdrinks u. a.). Zurück blieben zum Beispiel ein Gefrierschrank voller Eiscreme und ein Kühlschrank mit leckeren und praktischen Dingen.
