The 40 m² two-room apartment is heated by central heating and offers space for 2 to 4 persons.
The cosy living area with a dining table for 4 persons is bordered by the open, fully equipped kitchen. The equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a sink, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and a microwave including grill function. A toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle are also available.
The living room is equipped a convertible sleeping couch. A large flat screen TV (with cable TV) and a small stereo-set are also part of the comfortable furnishings. The living area is bordered by a terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun.
The bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed, a cot (dimensions 1.60m x 70cm), a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen TV (also with cable TV).
In the bathroom there is a modern washstand with a large mirror, a shower cubicle, a towel radiator and a hairdryer.
Furthermore, a private parking space on the property belongs to the apartment.
A washing machine and a dryer can be used in the house for a separate fee.

The holiday apartment is located in the popular holiday destination Heringsdorf on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom. The beautiful beach is only a few metres away. Restaurants as well as the local centres of Heringsdorf and Bansin are within walking distance. A bus stop is located directly in front of the house.
Bei Anreise mit dem Zug erreichen Sie das Seebad Heringsdorf ab Wolgast mit der Usedomer Bäderbahn. Vom Bahnhof verkehrt der Ostseebus und bringt Sie direkt bis zur Residenz Bellevue ( Haltestelle " Am Kanal" ). Mit der Kurkarte fahren Sie kostenlos.
Mit dem PKW gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten: nördlich über die B111 über Wolgast, südlich über die B110 über Anklam, beide Bundesstraßen führen auf die Insel Usedom.
