The country house has 8 apartments with shared garden where customers can use chairs and tables. Parking for one car per apartment. In the tavern there is a laundry with washing machine and clothes horse for a common use. Bicycles can be parked in the tavern.
The country house is only 100 mt far from Camping Park delle Rose.
The customers can use all the services of camping free of charge: Swimming pool with slides, swimming pool for children, swimming pool for adults, beach, mini golf, children's playground, animation program, soccer field, gym, table tennis, wifi at the reception. Other services available with fees: Tennis court, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, small bar on the beach, bar in the swimming pool, minimarket, bazaar, ATM.
In the garden next to the apartments a new house is being built. The owner has informed us that the works will be stopped from 20 May 2023. In 2023, in addition to the many free services at the campsite, our guests will also be able to use the mini golf course free of charge.
2023: Camping opening 20/04/2023 and closing 08/10/2023 - Swimming pools from June to the end of September - Animation from May to the first Saturday in September.
Three-room apartment on the ground floor has a bright living room with kitchenette (refrigerator with freezer, 4 plate stove, toaster, coffee maker). Table with 6 chairs, double sofa bed, TV SAT, W-lan, air conditioning/heating (only in the living room). Spacious bedroom with double bed (1 mattress), closet, safe. Bedroom with 2 single beds, closet. Bathroom with window, shower cabin, mirror and bidet. Direct access to the garden equipped with tables and chairs. We recommend these apartments to families or groups who want to spend their vacations in a quiet place on the lake, with all the services of a vacation family resort.
The total price consists of:

- SERVICES provided to the client (check-in, check-out, assistance, reservation management, correspondence and communication).
