This apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is located on the 2nd floor. The newly renovated 2-room apartment is about 1.5 km from the center of Timmendorfer Strand and is suitable and furnished for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Starting with the beautiful living room, which is furnished with a small sofa, a pretty dining area and a TV. A lot of emphasis was placed on modernity here too. The living room is equipped with pleated blinds so that it can also be darkened. A WiFi connection is available to you free of charge (no replacement/reimbursement in the event of a failure or malfunction).
The kitchenette is directly adjacent to the living room and invites you to spend cozy evenings. Cooking together or a hearty breakfast? No problem at all!
The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The apartment also has a modern microwave-oven combination and a ceramic hob with 4 hobs and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There are two sleeping options available for you. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm - topper 80 x 200 cm), the small wardrobe and a pleated blind for darkening are also in the bedroom.
The second sleeping option is on a so-called loft, a ladder further up. This "open upper floor" has the second bed (140 x 200 cm - single mattress 70 x 200cm).
The bathroom is spatially separated from the toilet. The shower is at ground level and very modern.
There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom, which you are welcome to use.
Everyone is welcome to hang their jacket on the coat rack, and you can also use the small shoe cabinet. There is also a mirror in the hallway.
The bikes can be parked on the property, there is a parking space there.
The absolute highlight, during the 2025 season, is the free beach chair on the beach, which is already included in the rental price! Enjoy sunny hours with a book in your hand, listen to the waves or snuggle up in a blanket with a glass of red wine in the evening!
An outdoor parking space at the house is reserved for you.
