It has a cozy living room with a couch corner, flat screen TV and a dining corner in front of the window front.
The separate kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for daily needs, such as a dishwasher, oven and stove with ceramic hob. You are welcome to use a microwave.
The furnished balcony on the northwest side invites you to linger in the evening summer sun.

The stairs in the living area take you to the second level to the two bedrooms. One is
