This splendid 5-bedroom mansion in St Martí Sarroca accommodates 10 guests and is surrounded by stunning vineyards. It is perfect for many families travelling together and comes with a private garden and a charcoal barbecue.



The town centre is just 5 km away and brings all facilities within reach. You can find good restaurants and supermarkets at 4 km. Sea is 30 km away, to spend a day full of seaside relaxation.



The mansion has a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with a high chair, and a sitting room with TV. The recreation room has table tennis table and a boules court for entertainment. Spend magical evenings in the illuminated garden enjoying the barbecue. You can also relax in the verandah watching the peaceful nature. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed at € 40/Stay. This mansion will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

Fantastische Unterkunft!!! Wir waren 5 Freunde mit zwei Babys und einem Hund. Wir haben in der Nebensaison ein gutes Angebot bekommen und es war ein sehr guter Preis, 250 Euro für das Wochenende. Das Haus war bei der Ankunft sehr gemütlich, Silvia war bei der Begrüßung sehr freundlich. Das Haus verfügt über eine Heizung und als wir ankamen, war diese bereits eingeschaltet und die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche, das Wohnzimmer (mit sehr bequemen Sesseln und Sofas sowie einem riesigen Fernseher, Filmen und Büchern) und das Esszimmer, getrennt, aber nebeneinander. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller, der als Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis und Spielzeug für Kinder dient, sowie ein Badezimmer. Das Haus verfügt auch über einige Fahrräder. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei sehr geräumige und drei weitere große Schlafzimmer sowie ein zweites Badezimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und ideal für den Hund und die Babys. Es gibt einen Grill im Garten und einen weiteren, der sich in einem überdachten Raum befindet. Wir haben uns für den Außengrill entschieden, aber der Raum ist für den Fall, dass es regnet, gut durchdacht, außerdem verfügt der Raum über einen zweiten Kühlschrank, in dem wir das Fleisch aufbewahren können vom Grill. Es war großartig.
Es stehen Brennholz und ein paar Paellapfannen zur Verfügung, falls Sie Reis auf dem Grill zubereiten möchten.
Es gibt einen erhöhten Pool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben, aber im Sommer ist es sicherlich ein Luxus, ein erfrischendes Bad zu nehmen.
