The Chiemgau block holiday apartment is located on the edge.
Our holiday apartment is made of solid wood, is 120m2, and is very cozy and modernly furnished.
The ground floor starts with a hall with ski(hand) boot dryer and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and underfloor heating.
The holiday apartment has a large living room with a tiled stove and a large dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need.
In the living room, there is a digital radio and television with a DVD player and Wifi.
On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a large double bed with a first-class mattress.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bathroom cabinet.
Two of the bedrooms have a balcony.
You can park up to two cars in the courtyard.
In the summer, we also have a large terrace with a large table with 8 chairs and a garden grill and a fabulous view of the mountains.
The holiday apartment is located in the middle of the Dachstein West ski/hiking area and can be reached from the A10 in 40 minutes driving time.
Annaberg is a great area for families. There are many possibilities for a relaxing vacation.
Ski Region
The ski area covers approximately 130 slopes and has about 70 lifts.

Especially since we have our signposted, connected ski enjoyment circuit "panoronda" with a total length of 44 km. Directions to Annaberg in Lammertal
When arriving by car from the direction of Salzburg, take the Golling-Abtenau motorway exit towards Annaberg for about 500 meters. Before the beginning of the town, turn left into Austauwinkl (Ski Region Dachstein West) and follow the stream for about 2 km - go under the bridge - straight past the parking lot and stop on the right after 300m. Turn right downwards, go through the curve and then you will see the holiday house on the left side. House Bischofsmütze
