Spacious holiday cottage located on a fenced plot with panoramic water views. The large pool room has large windows so you can enjoy views of the ocean, and includes a 24 m² large pool, 2-person whirlpool and sauna. There is also a shower in the pool room. From the pool room there is access to the large terrace. The house has plenty of terrace space and a patio, so the chances of finding a place in the sun and to have a cosy barbecue is really good. From the large living area you have views of the pool room through the glass doors so that you can keep an eye on the bathers. Petanque for the adults. Approx. 50 m to the sandy/pebble beach. There are also very good fishing right from the beach.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
