Approx. 100 m from the ocean is this well-furnished holiday cottage that has every amenity needed for a good holiday. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned. living/dining room is tastefully furnished with stereo sound system with CD player, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a wood-burning stove. There are 5 bedrooms, all beds have good box mattresses. There is furthermore a large and spacious mezzanine. The large pool area has a large swimming pool with slide, sauna, shower and 4-person whirlpool. After an active day you can slide into the whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. There is another bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. In the activity room you can play darts or billiards or challenge each other at table tennis. There are also stereo set, PlayStation3 and Nintendo Wii in the activity room. On the plot there are sandpit, slide, swings and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). Pets are allowed

Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
