The Villetta is an excellent starting point for relaxing walks or mountain bike tours.
At the foot of a steep mountain slope, the charming little town of Limone is built on the terrace. Nested here, the houses cling to the rocks, the winding streets of the picturesque old town are decorated with flowers.
Above, endless olive groves and quaint lemon gardens. Originally, however, the name of the 1000-inhabitant village had nothing to do with them. Limone comes from the Latin word "Limes" - to German border - because here was the border between Austria and Italy for a long time.
