Cancellation policy
For cancellations of more than 120 days prior to arrival, the amount paid will be refunded minus a service fee of 50€. If a cancellation is to be made between 30 and 120 days prior to the planned arrival, the deposit of 25% will be forfeited. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total rental price will be withheld.

You can see over to Morocco / Africa on the other side of the sea, on a clear weather day from your terrace.
The apartment is located directly on the beachfront and you also have immediate access to a Garden Bar, where you can get full English breakfast or a dinner or an odd pint of beer and other drinks while enjoying the fantastic sea view. You can also choose one of the three pools (closest pool is 20 meters away) or a tennis court in the community to use. The next restaurant after the garden bar is just 2 minutes walk away. The next supermarket, pharmacy and Taxi service stand is 5-7mins walk away. The next bus station to Malaga or Marbella can also be reached in 5mins. Within the community area, it is even possible to book a variety of day / boat tours. It is also possible to walk to La Cala de Mijas through the boardwalk in 20-30mins, in La Cala you have a nice beach, variety of options of boutiques, shops, restaurants etc. In general, the neighbourhood is mixed, with permanent residents and holiday makers from UK, Spain, Germany and so on, therefore not completely empty in the off-season .

Host informationWe are a married couple from Germany and China. We had holiday in Southern Spain many times and liked the warm weather and easy going mentality, then we decided to purchase this property so we can travel to here more often.

Wir sind als Familie mit drei Erwachsenen Personen angereist und haben uns in der Wohnung auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Alles ist genauso wie im Prospekt/auf der Website beschrieben.
Es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch in der Küche findet man jedes erdenkliche Utensil.
Der Kontakt mit der "Hausfee" war einwandfrei. Die Abwicklung mit der Familie Reimers und vor Ort lief problemlos.
Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen. Zu Fuß sind mehrere kleine Buchten und Lokale über einen Holzpier entlang der Küste gut zu erreichen.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls optimal.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung wurde zu einem 2. zu Hause. Es hat an nichts aber auch an gar nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Kaffee bis hin zum Shampoo war alles vor Ort. Die Lage herrlich mit Blick aufs Meer und nur über einige Stufen zu erreichten. Die Haushälterin sowie der Vermieter waren jederzeit zu erreichen.
Die Garden Bar direkt am Anschluss ist auch empfehlenswert. Am besten gegessen jedoch haben wir im *Devines* ca. 750m an der Strandpromenade entlang ist. Super Essen, sehr sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Bedienungen. Preis Leistung Top.
Die Unterkunft würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!!!!! Vielen Dank Familie Schwaiger
