Lemmer is located in the southwest of the Dutch province of Friesland, directly on the Ijsselmeer, just over an hour's drive from Amsterdam. De Markol in Lemmer consists of various types of apartments, all situated directly on the water with their own private jetty. The interior and exterior are very spaciously designed.

Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, go through the roundabout towards Lemmer / Balk.
After the third traffic light, go straight over the lift bridge, then take the next left (Plattedijk) towards the beach.
On the right side is the beach / Beachclub, then take the first right into Industrieweg.
After 150 meters, the office is located in the Haus a la mer on the left side of the street.

Take the Lemmer exit from the A6, then turn right towards Lemmer / Balk.

Terms of cancellations
In case of cancellation/termination the following costs will be incurred: for cancellations up to 42 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged; for cancellations from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; for cancellations from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged; for cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount plus a cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
