A wonderful holiday house in the small community of Skaftnes. The new house is located in an idyllic and peaceful environment by the fjord, ideal for family holidays and for sport fishers. There is plenty of salmon and trout in the fjord. A boat with outboard motor is included in the rent. An extra, larger boat with motor is available for rent. From the house and the terrace, you have a spectacular view of the beautiful scenery. After spending time on the water, you can enjoy the hot water of the bath barrel by the house. The area is sunny and has options for children to play. The whole family can go hiking and there are several fishing lakes and river nearby. Go on road trips to Vikna, Norway's largest group of islands, where several are connected with bridges. Visit Rørvik, a coastal town with restaurants and shops worth exploring. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
