A spacious holiday cottage on a sunny and shielded plot, with a view of the beautiful scenery at Bortelid in Åseral. The cottage is located by itself. Experience the serene nature with fishing and swimming in mountain lakes and small deep pools north of the cottage. Both adults and children can go swimming here. The river of Mandalselva is famous for its salmon. The area offers hiking trails, a rich wildlife and wide mountain plateaus. The summer up here in the mountains is unique with plenty of sun, little wind and mushroom and berries for picking. Combine this with visits to the coast, which is only 1 ½ hour drive away. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
