Cancellation policy
Article 4 Cancellation and early departure
(1) Should the tenant cancel (withdraw from) the contract prior to the start of the rental period, without having found a new tenant to enter into the contract on the same conditions, then they shall pay for compensation, with the reduction of the expenses saved, the following proportional amounts (excluding additional costs and deposit) should it not be possible to find another tenant.
Cancellation
- up to 49 days prior to the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- up to 35 days prior to the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days prior to the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days prior to the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days prior to the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
(2) Should the tenant depart early, they shall still be obligated to pay the full rental price.
(3) Cancellations or withdrawals from the contract are only accepted in writing. What is decisive is the day on which the declaration is received by the landlord.

Wir sind bereits das 2mal in dieser Wohnung und es war wieder alles perfekt.Die Infrarotkabine haben wir jeden Tag genutzt ,pure Entspannung .Trotz der Lage des Schlafzimmers zur Straße hin ,haben wir wunderbar geschlafen .Das einzige was uns auch diesmal etwas gestört hat ,das man permanent bei der Kaffeemaschine beschäftigt ist ,mit Tropfschale leeren ,Reinigungsprogramm durchlaufen lassen ,Wasser auffüllen .Also 4 Tassen Kaffee zum Frühstück brauchen ihre Zeit.Auch wenn der Kaffee besser schmeckt .Wir würden immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank .

Liebe Familie Albers,
Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in Ihrer wunderschönen Wohnung mit all ihrem Luxus und haben uns erneut total wohl gefühlt.
Vielen Dank für die vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie Infrarot-Sauna, Whirlpool, Boxspringbett und Kaffeevollautomat.
Das Wetter war fast sommerlich und der Strand so herrlich - das Anbaden Anfang Mai für mich die Kirsche auf der Torte...
