Cala Santanyí is a relatively quiet coastal urbanization. From the nearby cliffs, you can view the natural, rocky arch of " Es Pontàs", in the sea. The area is full of cycling routes, rockclimbing areas, and beautiful coves like Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards and Cala Figuera. In Cala Figuera, the local fishermen return from their trips each afternoon, with fresh fish, in their "llaüts" (local fishing boats). The great sandy beach of Es Trenc and the Natural Parc of Mondragó are not too far away, and are surely worth a visit.
