Charming, attractive detached holiday home (approx. 130 m²), located just outside Cléder in the district of Kerfisssien. The house offers a beautiful sea view and is only a short distance to the beach (about 200 m).
The house is highly recommended! It has a good and comfortable furnishing, partly with new, modern furniture. There is a combined living-dining area with a seating group, an open-plan kitchen to the living room with a wood-burning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. One bedroom with two single beds and access to a shower room, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there is a gallery with a seating group, satellite TV, and hi-fi system. A small work area with internet access. From there, you have access to a very nice, large balcony. Here you can enjoy the beautiful vacation days. One bedroom with a French double bed and access to the bathroom with bathtub, shower cubicle, and toilet.

The place is not far from Plouescat. From the garden, a footpath leads to the very beautiful sandy beach. In this wonderful coastal landscape, you will find many small sandy coves. In the house and the beautiful countryside, you will enjoy your holidays.

A cancellation is possible at any time before the start of the rental period. It must always be made in writing (by registered mail).
The time of cancellation is determined by the receipt of the cancellation notice by us.
The holiday home agent accepts cancellation notices on behalf of the property owner.
Depending on the time of the cancellation notice, the following standardized cancellation fees will be charged to the tenant:
Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total price. 89 to 75 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the total price.
74 to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total price. 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the total price.
If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total price is due, unless the rental property can be re-let for the same period at the same price. In this case, only the amount of 10% of the total price is due, unless the tenant provides a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the specified conditions.
If changes are made to the rental property or rental period after booking, we are entitled to charge a processing fee of 60 euros. Unfortunately, rebooking for the following season is not possible.
