Cancellation policy
The rental agreement can only be terminated in writing.
In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following cancellation fees apply:
10% up to 90 days before the arrival date.
30% between the 90th and the 30th day before the arrival date.
80% between the 30th day and the arrival date.
In case of cancellation on the arrival day or later, the entire rental amount is due.

The well-maintained holiday park is located right behind the dunes and invites you to stroll along its canals and small ponds.
For our younger guests, there are plenty of play options: a swimming lake, soccer and basketball courts, play equipment, table tennis, a trampoline, and pedal go-karts.
Behind the dunes lies one of the widest sandy beaches in North Holland, complete with a beach restaurant and snack bar.
Mini-golf, a trampoline, bicycle and pedal go-kart rental, as well as a café-restaurant are all available right in the park.

Haus gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Boxspringbetten sind top und nicht selbstverständlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen. Strand und Dünen 5 Min Fussweg, Schagen, Texel und Petten mit dem Rad locker machbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2km, das ist ebenso super.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus - vom Eierkocher bis zur Waschmaschine, von der Grillkohle bis zum Solarlicht für den Garten.
Gemütliche Betten, großzügige Schränke, gute Dusche. Dazu ein kurzer Weg bis zu den Dünen und zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
