The Chalet Obereggerhof is an exclusive chalet for 6 to 10 persons.
The old tried and true natural materials such as stone and wood were used as construction materials. Roofing of larch shingles and lovely stone cladding of "pfitscher Gneiss" add to the outer appearance. Retro timber and large window fronages lend the chalet a certain charm.
Alpine lifestyle provides the highest interior living comfort so our guests can relax and feel great.
A large window provides light and connects the living room with the panoramic terrace, which has a whirlpool and a fantastic view of the Merano basin to sit an contemplate.
A large fireplace in the middle of the living room makes winter nights warm and cosy.

Cancellation policy:
Conditions pursuant to article 1382 of the Civil Code
There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Italian consumer protection code.
However, we will give you a right to cancel under the following cancellation conditions under artilce 1382 of the Civil Code:
- If a deposit is paid (for bookings made a long time in advance), this will be retained.
- Cancellation up to 120 days before arrival is free, there is only a processing fee in the amount of 50.00.
- Cancellations after this period to 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the entire rental price.
- For cancellation up to 29 days before arrival, 90% of the rental fee will be charged.
- If you leave early, the entire rental price will be charged.
- We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
