Holiday destination
A location is very attractive since it can offer a complete privacy but still near main road and sea. The nearest beach is just 600 meters accesible either by foot or car. Also in the vicinity of 1 to 2 kilometers there is many more beautiful sandy/rocky beaches and other activites regarding water. The house is just 50 meters apart from the gas station, biggest supermarket in the area, bank, exchange office, ATM, bakery, meat market, post office.... There is very good restaurant recomended by many foreign guests called "Ankora" and its just 5 minutes walking from the house. Aswell there is many more restaurants nearby. Trail and bike paths are accesible not far away from house. Also worth of mentioning is that the house is situated just 100 meters from the main road connecting the freeway (Airport), the city of Pula (5km away) and most stuning and beautiful nature park Cape Kamenjak (3 km away).
Getting there
Following the highway to the Medulin. After the toll charge, follow to Medulin. After 3 roundabouts follow the sign towards Premantura/Banjole. You will hit the last roundabout which is located near gas station Petrol and big supermarket Konzum. The house is located right above the gas station and the supermarket.

We rented this villa with 9 adults an 9 children. It is a huge villa with a lot of space seperated in 3 sections. The main kitchen is a litle small, bur the orher kitchens are OK. The Villa is very close to a bakery, supermarket++ Ivan who rent out this house was friendly and when we need anything he responded very fast. So all together value for money.

Wir waren begeistert vom Haus. Die Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Aufenthaltsräumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gleich in der Nähe (ca. 50 m) gibt es alles was ein Urlauber braucht: Tankstelle, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Wechselstube und Restaurant (Kamik). Der Eigentümer Ivan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch den telefonischen Kontakt war er stets erreichbar und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Unterkunft und der Hausbesitzer sind auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen.
