Cancellation policy
(1) If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible. Cancellation / termination conditions:
In case of withdrawal up to 60 days before the occupancy begins 0% of the rental price
From the 59th day to the 30th day before the occupancy begins 50% of the rental price
From the 29th day to the day of occupancy beginning and in case of no-show without a declaration of withdrawal 90% of the rental price.
In deviation from the regular cancellation policy, in the event of a Covid-19 travel warning for France, a quarantine obligation upon return to Germany, or a Covid curfew in France or Germany at the time of the trip according to this contract, the tenant can cancel the booking free of charge. This also applies in the event of a short-term cancellation if circumstances change at short notice. In this case, the landlord will refund 100% of the payments to the tenant within 2 weeks after the cancellation date.
(2) The tenant can prove less damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

Deposit: 50% of the rental price at time of booking
The garden, with its 400 sqm directly in front of the house, will be a playground or a place of relaxation, ideal for the whole family. The garden extends over a length of 600 to 700 meters across the entire property.
A second identical house is also located on this property; however, both houses have their own access, and one house faces away from the other, ensuring privacy is maintained.
From the house, you have access via the GR34 to beautiful beach walks towards Paimpol, Loguivy de la Mer, or Lezardrieux. You also have access to other beaches on foot.
