Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels the contract after receipt of the deposit, we charge
one processing fee of 50.00 Euro.
If the cancellation is made later than 60 days before arrival, the entire rental price must be paid. If renting the property in whole or in part is possible, the cancellation fee will be reduced by the amount otherwise obtained. The renter is entitled to provide us with a new renter under comparable terms. We recommend trip cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The location of our house is centrally yet quietly located in Prerow's east end. All facilities essential for your holiday are within walking distance. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the harbour, bakery, bike rental, restaurants and organic food store is pretty much opposite.
Getting there
You can reach Prerow from the west via Rostock/Ribnitz Damgarten via Fischland/Darß by car.
From Rostock, it's about a 45 minute drive.
Coming from the east, it is best to drive via Stralsund/Barth and over the bridge that connects the mainland with Zingst, towards Prerow.
You can also go to Ribnitz Damgarten by train; from there, take a bus to Prerow, which stops just 1 minute away from the house. We'd be happy to discuss this with you.

Wir haben hier Weihnachten verbracht. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen- der Holzfußboden, Kamin, endlich mal ein bett mit hochwertigen Matratzen. Die Küche ist besser ausgestattet als sonstwo, sogar ein Mixer vorhanden, hochwertige Geräte, schönes Geschirr, sogar scharfe Messer und gute WMF Töpfe. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber von der Aufteilung und dem KOmfort für zwei Personen absolut perfekt. Das Haus hat die beste Lage überhaupt- ruhig, aber man ist schnell überall. Kleiner Bioladen um die Ecke, Supermarkt nicht weit, und nebenan die alteingesessenen "Darßer Haustüren", hinter dem Haus das Naturschutzgebiet - wunderschön!!!Ein Allergikerhund durfte sogar mit. Wir wurden mit Sekt und Überraschung begrüßt, alles andere unkompliziert, selbst als etwas kaputt ging.Danke für alles!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort die Liebe zum Detail. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Abendsonne genießen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass sowohl der Hafen, die Tourist-Info, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich der Strand bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Bereits bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme haben wir uns als willkommene Gäste gefühlt, so dass wir bei Familie Brass jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
