Holiday destination
Lush meadows of flowers and herbs, wooded hills and mountains, as well as clear streams and wild rivers, but naturally vineyards too characterize the landscape of Corbières. But this beautiful region has even more to offer: among the best Mediterranean beaches in Southern France; the famous Cathar castles; the city of Carcassonne (a UNESCO World Heritage Site); the Canal-du-Midi; the nearby Pyrenees; the Costa Brava (Spain) and not forgetting the lovely little town of Narbonne with its impressive cathedral, the famous Art Nouveau market hall and some first class cuisine. Picturesque alleyways and squares, along with the Canal de la Robine, are typical of this charming town, as are nice boutiques, cafes, restaurants and delicatessens. It has something for everyone. Wir haben einige Tage in der Berberie Balbonne verbracht in einer Gegend, die ein Schmelztiegel aus Natur, Kultur und Gastronomie ist. Nur eine halbe Stunde vom Meer entfernt - um zu Baden aber gotteisdank weit genug entfernt um dem Touristenlärm und der üblichen Ferien-Hektik zu entgehen um in Ruhe gelassen zu werden. Magdalena ist Deutsche, also ist es leicht sich auszutauschen, zu planen und Fragen über Land und Leute beantwortet zu bekommen - was sonst nicht so easy ist. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich ihre Gastfreundschaft und das unfassbar schöne Frühstück auf der Traumterasse!!! Auch der Kräutergarten ist der Hammer

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in den Corbières, im Herzen Südfrankreichs, und ich kann das B&B von Magdalena nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das B&B besticht durch seine ruhige und idyllische Lage inmitten der wunderschönen Landschaft der Corbières-Region. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Magdalena ist herzlich und hat sich wunderbar um mich gekümmert. Sie hat mir tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben und sichergestellt, dass es mir an nichts fehlte. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Es war ein Genuss, den Tag damit zu beginnen. Ich kann das B&B von Magdalena uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und die Schönheit Südfrankreichs zu erleben. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
