Superb holiday cottage with a panoramic view of the fjord and the mountains behind the cottage, which is the owner's private holiday house, completely renovated in 2013 to a modern and yet cosy cottage. All walls, floors and roof was replaced in 2013 because of a damage to the house. This is the owner's own private cottage with a modern and cozy interior and a well maintained yard. The large terraces and a wonderful garden is perfect for families with children. Satellite dish with international, German and Norwegian channels. A 16 ft Øien boat with 15 hp 4 stroke motor for rent. The boat is located 5 km away by a floating dock by the fjord, if you want to go fishing on the fjord. Life jackets for rent and a fish cleaning table with running water included by the cottage. A 15 m² tool shed with a freezer for storing equipment. A river with trout can be found 300 metres away, and a salmon and trout river is 20 km away. You can drive 5 km into the mountains, where you can walk to several fishing lakes and find a small shack with seating and outdoors fireplace. 15 km to the fine beach of Hakallestrand, with toilets, showers and locker rooms. In the same town you will also find the popular Hakallegården, a farm with many animals that you can visit. This is a great starting point for road trips to the bird mountain of Runde, to West Cape, Briksdalen Glacier, Geiranger, Hellesylt, Ålesund, etc. One of the double beds is 120 cm wide.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
