A charming, small holiday home, completely renovated in 2014, with space for 4 people. You can almost feel the history of the house, which today appears as a modern house on 30 m². 19 m² open terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. Curtain in stead of door to the bedroom. Well equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer with 25 litre freezing capacity. A lovely view of the fjord 150 metres away. Excellent fishing conditions in the fjord, protected by the Atlantic Ocean Road and the islands surrounding it. A covered fish cleaning table with lights, running water and a 200 litre freezer can be found 40 metres away. Go fishing for trout and salmon in the river of Hustadelva, 14 km away. Or for trout in the lake of Skottevatnet, 6 km away. You can go swimming in the fjord. The Atlantic Ocean Road is 3 km away, Kristiansund 37 km, Molde 48 km. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
