This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to the star criteria of the German Tourism Association. Depending on equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars.
In 2015/16, Quartier Hofmann was renovated from the ground up and turned into a holiday house with brand new furnishings.
It offers all the advantages of a detached holiday home with garden. This includes fruit trees, berry bushes and flowers as well as three terraces facing to the east, south and west.
The upper floor features two cosy bedrooms with nice double beds (high-quality mattresses) and balcony, a bedroom with alcove beds (especially suited for children) and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the ground floor, you'll find the second bedroom with double bed and terrace, another updated bathroom with walk-in shower, a large kitchen with a fabulous dining area including wood stove and a rest area (for a midday nap) and a door leading to a small south terrace. The kitchen is connected to the living room, which contains a big TV screen, comfortable seating furniture, and the French window provides access to the terrace.
The garden comes with a large dining area with barbecue on the east side, a small south terrace and another dining area on the west side - the ideal spot to spend nice summer evenings.
Our house is also suited for family celebrations and workshops with small groups - we're happy to assist you with the organisation (please ask about prices and booking duration).

Ideally located, just a few minutes from the lake and in an absolutely quiet area on the edge of the village. Good shopping facilities are about a 2-minute drive from the house - butcher shop, bakery, a small village store with regional specialities and an Edeka supermarket. The house is the ideal starting point for wonderful walks or various cycling tours, or maybe you decide to walk to the village and have dinner there (a Bavarian inn, Italian restaurant, ice cream parlour).
By train: Train station Übersee, direct connection to Salzburg and Munich.
By car:
-Motorway A8, take exit 108-Übersee
-Turn right into Feldwieser Str. (approx. 1.2 km)
-Turn right into "Dornau" (approx. 450 m)

Wir sind eine kleine Familie mit zwei Kindern, 25 und 19 Jahre alt und haben dieses Haus vor ein paar Jahren komplett renoviert und als Ferienhaus umgebaut, wobei die ganze Familie mitgeholfen hat, jeder, was er halt konnte. Wir betreiben das Haus jetzt das 8. Jahr und freuen uns auf jeden Gast, es ist jedes Mal wieder spannend, wer bei uns ankommt und wir haben dadurch bis jetzt viele nette und interessante Menschen kennengelernt.
