b) In case of cancellation from the 89th to the 60th day before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the total price.
c) In case of cancellation from the 59th to the 30th day before the beginning of occupancy: 75% of the total price.
d) In case of cancellation from the 29th day before the start of occupancy and in case of no-show: 90% of the total price.

Cancellations due to entry prohibition by the Foreign Office or competent authorities, to the desired vacation region, will be accepted free of charge.

Keine Frage der Ausblick von der Terasse der Ferienwohnung ist atemberaubend. Auf den ersten Blick sieht es im Haus auch recht stylisch aus, aber: die meisten Küchengeräte und das Besteck waren Supermarktniveau. Die Kaffeemaschine brauchte mindestens 20 Minuten für eine Tasse Kaffee. Wir sind dann dazu über gegangen und haben das Wasser im Wasserkocher vorgeheizt und dann in die Kaffemaschine gekippt. Unter dem Dach wohnte ein Marder der morgens ordentlich krach gemacht hat. Kein Wäscheständer im Haus. Die Spülmaschine war winzig, so dass große Teller nicht hochkant reinpassten. Das Sofa war ziemlich verdreckt, da sich die Gäste offenbar immer nass draufgesetzt hatten. Von den 4 Nachttischlampen ging eine. Die Betten waren bretthart. Nur was für Futonfans. Erholung pur wars eher nicht.

Wir möchten gern zu der obigen Bewertung Stellung nehmen:
Die Anlage ist gerade mal 1 Jahr alt, die Einrichtung und auch die Matratzen sind neu.
Der Kunde hatte uns hier in Deutschland angerufen und uns mitgeteilt, dass die Kaffeemaschine schlecht läuft, daraufhin haben wir Ihn gebeten sich an den Verwalter der Anlage zu wenden oder die Telefonnr. vom Büro des Verwalters zu wählen. Der Verwalter vor Ort ist immer sehr bemüht aber anscheinend hat der Kunde unsere Empfehlung nicht genutzt. Von harten Betten
hatte der Kunde im Telefonat nichts gesagt, Natürlich gibt es unterschiedliche Meinungen dazu. Dem einen sind die zu hart dem anderen zu weich. Jedenfalls hat der Verwalter vor Ort auch Auflagematratzen vorrätig . die bei Bedarf auf gelegt werden können, Wir bedauern sehr, dass der Kunde die Möglichkeit nicht genutzt hat.
