The Villa Meerfarbe has the largest private pool in Villapark Fontein with 8 x 4 meters and is between 1.20 and 2.20 meters deep.
The covered, west-facing terrace with about 27 square meters has a lounge corner and a large dining table with 5 chairs.
There is a palapa equipped with 2 sun loungers as well as a table with 3 chairs with a nice view of the pool as well as a gas grill.
The house has 220 volt only with German standard installation. Please note there is NO 110 Volt installation and plugs.
Double beds and windows of the bedrooms have insect protection.
Additionally there are mosquito nets over each bed.
The bedrooms have energy-saving, modern air conditioning. In the night mode they are running very quiet.

The villa is located in Villapark Fontein, a fenced villa park with 7/24 security in the middle of beautiful nature and close to the most beautiful beaches on the island.
The villa is located in the higher part of the park on a fenced plot with 600 sqm without traffic noise. It often blows a cool breeze.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical plants and palm trees.
Your car can park on a plot on the property.
